THE FULLERTON LIBRARY FOUNDATION
The mission of the Fullerton Public Library Foundation is to enrich the quality of life of the people of Fullerton by raising funds for the enhancement of the library. These funds shall be in supplement to, but not in place of, those provided by the City of Fullerton. The Foundation is a nonprofit organization governed by a board of community volunteers.

In her autobiographical narrative, Beautiful Hero – How We Survived the Khmer Rouge, Jennifer Lau describes her family’s survival in the killing fields of Cambodia. Surrounded by unimaginable adversity, one woman would ultimately lead her family to forge a new life in America. It is the ultimate story of love, sacrifice, and redemption reaffirming the good in humanity by showing how one family survived with grace and dignity.
